1. Click on You (upper right hand corner of screen)
2. Select Purchases and Reviews
3. You should see your purchase(s) on that screen
4. Click on the black Download button located in the right section of the order information.

So, sometimes when we download files - our computer may communicate with the internet either too fast or too slow. And so a blip in the communication causes the file to not download completely - hence it becomes corrupted.
So, it isn't something I did, or you did - or Etsy did for that matter. It just happens. To solve it is easy.
Completely delete the file from your computer (put it in the trash bin and then empty the trash bin).
Then come back here and download the file again. That should fix it. If it doesn't fix it - send me a message and I might be able to email you the zip package (or folder).
