- You can use these for your own personal use. You can use it for your scrapbooks, crafts for yourself or to give to your friends/family, design your small business website/store/blog

- You can use these for small business commercial use. You can make edible, digital or printed products to sell in your store, blog, Etsy store, CraftsUPrint store, Teachers Notebook or Teachers Pay Teachers store, Card Making Downloads store, craft fair, Zazzle store or Cafepress store. You can sell what you make to your customers for them to use (personal use).

- If you are a teacher and want to use these to make products to sell to other teachers or to use in your classroom/on lesson plans - that is ok.

- If you want to use this to create a product to sell - you MUST color it all in. You can not offer this to your customers partially colored in, as a coloring page or as a single layer.

- This is not a resell product or a CU4CU product. You can not resell this product as is or altered into a new file format, new colors or a commercial use product

- No clip art, element packages, sticker packages, designer resource packages or coloring pages (color in card kit).

- Your customers can not purchase the product you are selling (you made using these digital stamps) for their own business/profit

- Do not add these as is to your scrapbook kit** as a product to sell with your kit. You can not turn this into an "element or sticker" to add to a scrapbook kit that you sell.

- Do not create photoshop or paint shop (or similar style software) tools to share or sell

- If using on websites like Zazzle or Cafepress - do not use as is. You must use it as part of design and then it must be flattened before uploaded on those websites

- Do not use on Spoonflower (or similar websites) or create fabric to sell

- Do not use to make ribbon.

- Do not convert a digitized pattern, cutter file/svg, vector files, templates or digital stamp (and sell those patterns or designs)

- You can not give away/share, offer as is to others (free or selling), no groups or clubs, do not offer as a downloadable product

- Do not claim this as your own work - or - not give Alice credit.
