💙 This is a digital download. This is not a mouse pad that I ship to your home/address. This is a digital graphic you can use for making your own mouse pad (by printing or sublimation) or to make mouse pads to sell in your store/shop or craft fair. 💙
💙 Sublimation generally requires the use of sublimation equipment, as well as special inks and components. You will need to know how to use your printer, as we cannot issue a refund if the image does not press well because of a user error. There are MANY videos that provide excellent tips and guidelines to print colorful, vibrant beautiful products.💙
💙 Another thing to remember - that the sample images I have provided in this listing are what your end product could look like. I do my best to represent the image onto real products. Now with that in mind - colors can differ from computer to computer and printer to printer, as well as depending on the inks and substrates used. When printing - always always always - have your settings set to the highest quality possible - maybe use the photograph settings. I can not help with the printing process as I do not know every printer on the market. Please keep in mind that due to these various circumstances, I will can not issue a refund for minor color variations. There is always the option to find videos and groups that can offer good tips and information to help you create a beautiful product.💙

How do I download my order?
1. Click on You (upper right hand corner of screen)
2. Select Purchases and Reviews
3. You should see your purchase(s) on that screen
4. Click on the black Download button located in the right section of the order information.

It says the download is corrupted. I need a few file or for you to fix it.
So, sometimes when we download files - our computer may communicate with the internet either too fast or too slow. And so a blip in the communication causes the file to not download completely - hence it becomes corrupted.
So, it isn't something I did, or you did - or Etsy did for that matter. It just happens. To solve it is easy.
Completely delete the file from your computer (put it in the trash bin and then empty the trash bin).
Then come back here and download the file again. That should fix it. If it doesn't fix it - send me a message and I might be able to email you the zip package (or folder).
