Tapered design is 9.4 x 8.2 inches in size (PNG file)- straight design is 11 x 8.5 inches in size (JPG file)
This is a very large download. Roughly 2.5 GB in files. Once payment is completed, you will receive a .txt file that will have 12 (TWELVE) download links. Copy and paste each link into your browsers address line and it should start to download immediately.
You can use these designs to make tumblers to give. You can use these designs to handmake tumblers (not POD) to sell in your store, website, blog or booth.
Each image is a 300dpi quality image. Easy for sublimation onto products.
This is for small business use only. No digital re-distribution of any kind. NO PRINT ON DEMAND WEBSITES. In order to use this package commerically you MUST make the tumbler yourself. Do NOT load into a website to have them make and ship the tumblers.

How do I download my order?
1. Click on You (upper right hand corner of screen)
2. Select Purchases and Reviews
3. You should see your purchase(s) on that screen
4. Click on the black Download button located in the right section of the order information.

It says the download is corrupted. I need a few file or for you to fix it.
So, sometimes when we download files - our computer may communicate with the internet either too fast or too slow. And so a blip in the communication causes the file to not download completely - hence it becomes corrupted.
So, it isn't something I did, or you did - or Etsy did for that matter. It just happens. To solve it is easy.
Completely delete the file from your computer (put it in the trash bin and then empty the trash bin).
Then come back here and download the file again. That should fix it. If it doesn't fix it - send me a message and I might be able to email you the zip package (or folder).
